The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 regulates
the way private organisations handle personal information. The Directors
know and understand the importance of protecting your right to privacy.
We require personal information on guests to be able to process
accommodation and other bookings and also to administer accounts.
The type of personal information collected includes name, address,
telephone number, motor vehicle registration details, company details,
booking history and credit card number. We collect such information
from guest registrations, account and credit application forms and
booking requests.
This information is used to provide you with accommodation, restaurant,
function and related services.
We may need to share this personal information with other organisations
including our related companies in order to provide booking and/or
administrative services. These would include mailing companies so
they may send information or auditors to ensure we comply with applicable
legislation. We do not sell mailing lists.
Under the National Privacy Policy Principles, you have a right
to know what information is held about you and you are entitled
to see this information to ensure it is correct. To obtain this
